Pokélator is a launchpad on @Pumpfun where every coin is paired to a real Collector Crypt Pokémon pack. A coin's creator fees buy pulls of its pack, and the coin's holders compete for those pulls by trading the coin long or short in its arena.
Sign in with Phantom, pick one of the eight Collector Crypt Pokémon packs, give your coin a name, a ticker and a picture, and pay the launch fee of 0.1 SOL in one payment. Pokélator's launch wallet then creates your coin on pump.fun. The pack is fixed at launch and never changes. You can add a first buy, made in your own wallet right after the coin is live.
Every coin is created by Pokélator's launch wallet, so pump.fun pays every coin's creator fees to that one wallet. Pokélator counts each coin's fees separately, trade by trade, and all of a coin's fees go to its own pack meter.
The meter on each coin page fills with that coin's fees toward one pull of its pack. One pull costs the pack's price on Collector Crypt plus 3% for the swap, in SOL at the current SOL price. A busy coin can fill several pulls in one round.
A new coin starts with a 15 minute opening, then round 1 begins. A round lasts at least 15 minutes and at most 24 hours: it ends at the first check after 15 minutes when the meter holds at least one full pull, or after 24 hours either way. The next round starts the moment one ends.
Every coin has an arena run on Percolator, the perpetuals engine by Anatoly Yakovenko. If your wallet held the coin when a round started, you can sign in and trade the coin long or short at 1x to 20x during that round. Your margin is play margin: the value of the bag you held at the round's start. You do not deposit anything and no SOL leaves your wallet.
The engine tracks each position's profit and loss against the coin's smoothed price, and moves funding between longs and shorts when one side is heavier.
A position has to keep a minimum margin while it is open. When the price moves against it until its margin falls below that requirement, the position is liquidated: it closes, its margin is lost, and the trader is out for the rest of the round. The more of your margin you keep behind a position (the lower your leverage), the further the price has to move before that happens.
When a round ends, every open position closes at the 5 minute average price. Each trader who finished with a profit and was not liquidated holds tickets equal to the profit. Every bit of margin lost in the round becomes house tickets. Each pull is drawn from all the tickets with a public drand beacon, so anyone can check the result on the pull's page. When a house ticket wins, the pull rolls into the next round.
The winner of a pull gets one pull of the coin's pack on Collector Crypt: a graded Pokémon card. Pokélator buys the pull and sends the card to the winning wallet. Every pull's page shows its status and, once sent, the transaction.
$POKELATOR is the Pokélator coin. It launches through the same flow, it is paired to the Hyper pack ($500), and its arena works like every other coin's.
Coins are speculative and can lose all their value. Play margin is not money and cannot be withdrawn. Percolator is open source research code that has not been audited. Margin, PnL, funding and liquidations run on Percolator by Anatoly Yakovenko (Apache-2.0); neither he nor Solana is involved with Pokélator.
